3 morning rituals for a natural high

They say that as you get older you naturally wake up earlier. For me it’s already started. My transition from night owl to morning lark is complete. Whilst this is both a blessing and a curse, what it has done is allow me to discover three morning rituals which I genuinely believe are the very best thing that you can do for your mind and body upon waking.
Unlike anything else I’ve ever done, these three rituals – when performed together – lead to a flow of endorphins which produce the ultimate natural high – thus creating the perfect morning routine.
In this video, I perform these three rituals in sequence whilst on holiday in Gran Canaria. It became my morning routine. Unlike any other morning habits I have undertaken, these three rituals produce an unrivalled feeling of well-being every day and it’s a process which is very easy to get started with.
Exercise. Sunrise. Cold Water Exposure. It’s nothing new or groundbreaking. But these three rituals when combined, for me provide the greatest morning routine for happiness and well being.
